- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing and coordinating office activities and operations.
- Handle courier, incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
- Office Coordination:

- Liaise with internal departments, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
