**Your Opportunity**
- Collaborate with the IT Hubs in Sydney and India to ensure strategic communication deliverables across both teams
- Understand sensitive business transformation and translate them into clear communication deliverables for different target audiences
- Organize engaging monthly employee events including planning agendas, preparing presentations, coordinating speakers, promoting events and executing them successfully
- Understand data and technology and coach teams to translate them into engaging powerpoint presentations and videos
- Maintain the global and regional IT intranet and digital platforms
- including writing, editing and publishing content and liaising with other content masters on improvements
- Research, write and publish content for IT presentations and success stories
- Provide video filming, editing and publishing support for IT teams
- Provide internal social media communication coaching and support for IT teams
- Provide event coordination and communication support for annual global CIO internal awards

**About You**

You’ll demonstrate outstanding written and verbal English communication skills and have a proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and with teams in different locations. You’ll feel confident using the Microsoft Office Suite - SharePoint, Teams, Planner, OneDrive and OneNote. Experience with writing and intranet editing will be highly regarded as will experience in graphic design software like Canva and video editing using Adobe Premier Pro.

Most importantly, you’ll be a motivated self starter who enjoys meeting different stakeholders and is excited about working in a multicultural and diverse team and be interested to learn about new and emerging technologies.
