Channel Partner Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a Channel Partner Executive with 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue of our organization.Roles and Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new Channel partners Give Demos and Educate Channel partners about our Product and its usesDevelop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners, and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve the sales and revenueEnsure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreementsMeet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accountsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditionsCreate and manage channel partner budgets and forecastsProvide support and strategic recommendations to the partners based on their requirements and challengesRequirements:The ideal candidate must have:2-3 years of experience in Channel Partner Management / SalesProficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skills along with good Presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with PartnersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a TeamFlexibility and adaptability to change
