Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy access to important information.
- **Personal Management**:
- Organize and manage personal errands, such as shopping, household tasks, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with household staff, contractors, or service providers.
- Keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions, ensuring thoughtful gestures are prepared.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals).
- Prepare itineraries and ensure all travel-related needs are met.
- **Event Planning**:
- Coordinate and manage events, meetings, or social gatherings.
- Arrange catering, venues, and logistics.
- **Financial Support**:
- Handle expense tracking, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping.
- Manage bill payments and ensure timely transactions.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Anticipate employer's needs and proactively address them.
- Resolve issues with mínimal supervision.
- **Other Tasks**:
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the employer.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
