**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling and coordinating ACCA classes, exams, and faculty sessions.
- Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and the academic management team.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
- Support onboarding processes for new students and provide academic guidance.
- Handle student queries and follow up on academic-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of academic activities.
- Help ensure adherence to ACCA guidelines and academic standards.
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge or background in ACCA curriculum is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
