**Recruiter - Job Location - Mumbai ( Colaba)**
Reporting to: Hiring Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of visa and immigration documents for overseas hiring, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment status, and collaborate with the hiring manager and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to both internal and external customers.
- Handle other recruitment and hiring-related tasks, as required.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with overseas hiring experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Good understanding of visa and immigration processes and requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- GCC hiring experience is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
