Als Sales Pionier ben je de drijvende kracht achter het vestigen van ons aanbod in de groente en fruitmarkt in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka en Bangladesh. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen van een solide netwerk, het ontwikkelen van innovatieve verkoopstrategieën en het vergroten van onze impact in deze regio’s. Hierin word je ondersteund door al je commerciële collega’s binnen de Aartsen Group.

Meer dan 12 jaar geleden zijn wij gestart met een venture in Hong Kong. In de jaren die hierop volgden is onze vestiging daar uitgegroeid tot een sterk team van 30 collega’s. Deze ervaring willen wij samen gaan gebruiken om de venture in India een sterk startpunt te geven.

**Dit ga je doen als Sales Pionier**:

- Samen met Menno onze CCO ga je het verkoopkantoor in Mumbai vanaf de grond opbouwen
- Identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het aangaan van strategische partnerships
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van baanbrekende verkoopstrategieën om de markt te betreden
- Opbouwen van sterke relaties met klanten en leveranciers
- Analyseren van markttrends en concurrentie om innovatieve kansen te benutten
- Rapporteren van voortgang en resultaten aan onze CCO

Wij zoeken een uitblinker die ondernemend is en die de naam Aartsen tot een hoog niveau kan brengen binnen de groenten
- en fruitsector in India en omstreken.

**Dit zoeken wij in een Sales Pionier**:

- Doorzettingsvermogen
- Beheersing van de Engelse taal op mínimaal C1-niveau
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (pré)
- Iemand die mínimaal 3 jaar in India zal gaan verblijven
- Gedrevenheid en het vermogen om resultaten te boeken in een nieuwe omgeving
- Beheersing van de taal Hindi of Marathi (pré)
- Kennis van de groente
- en fruitmarkt in India (pré)
- Uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
