**The Opportunity**

We are seeking dynamic, visionary academic leaders ready to step into a Provost role at one of our upcoming international campuses in India working alongside one of our prestigious University partners to:

- Lead the academic vision and strategic development of the new campus.
- Build a campus culture that mirrors the values, ethos, and academic standards of our home campuses.
- Ensure an exceptional faculty experience by fostering professional development, academic freedom, and collaboration.
- Lead a group of high-calibre faculty and academic experts to deliver an outstanding faculty and student experience.
- Champion research excellence, supporting high-impact, interdisciplinary research that strengthens the institution’s global reputation.
- Drive strategic and academic planning, ensuring alignment with University priorities and fostering innovation in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
- Oversee resource allocation, infrastructure development, and financial performance.
- Ensure academic quality and compliance with both home campus standards and Indian regulations, leading accreditations, audits, and reviews.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience with a strong focus on academic support, inclusion, retention, satisfaction, and employability.
- Act as a visible role model for inclusive leadership, engaging actively with senior leaders, faculty, and students.
- Cultivate strong ties with regulatory bodies, academic networks, and represent the campus in key external forums.

**Eligibility**
- Senior academic experience (Dean, Provost, Head of School).
- Proven record in advancing teaching, research, and innovation, including curriculum development and academic policy.
- Strong background in planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
- Knowledge of global and national higher education systems; familiarity with Indian frameworks (e.g., UGC, NEP) an advantage.
- Strategic vision and ability to launch new initiatives or campuses.
- Demonstrated inclusive leadership style, fostering excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
