As a Sales Executive, you will be the **face of the company**, responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and offering tailored solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, or online forums to generate leads.

**Sales Execution**:

- Pitch company products/services to prospective clients with confidence and product knowledge.
- Understand customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently.

**Target Achievement**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage a healthy pipeline to ensure consistent performance.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Update CRM systems regularly with calls, meetings, leads, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the operations, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide suggestions for product/service improvement based on customer needs.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and product explanation ability
- Confidence, persistence, and passion for sales
- Ability to manage multiple clients at different stages
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Quick learner and adaptable to changing product offerings

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
