**Job Summary**:
The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) & Robotics Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that integrate robotics, coding, and engineering concepts. This role involves working with students to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative skills through hands-on projects and interactive learning. The trainer will also be responsible for maintaining lab equipment, organizing workshops, and staying updated with emerging educational technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with STEAM education principles.
- Teach robotics, coding, and engineering concepts using interactive and hands-on methods.
- Integrate various technologies, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and 3D printing, into classroom activities.
- Foster creativity and innovation by encouraging students to work on real-world problem-solving projects.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

**Student Engagement and Project-Based Learning**:

- Guide students in designing, building, and programming robots using platforms like LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, and other tools.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration through group projects and competitions.
- Organize and mentor students for robotics competitions and STEAM-related events.
- Provide students with opportunities to showcase their projects at school events and exhibitions.

**Equipment and Lab Management**:

- Maintain and manage robotics kits, lab equipment, and software resources.
- Ensure the safety and proper use of laboratory materials and technology tools.
- Collaborate with the administration to procure and upgrade equipment as needed.

**Teacher and Parent Collaboration**:

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance technology integration.
- Communicate with parents about student progress, achievements, and STEAM initiatives.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in STEAM education, robotics, and emerging technologies.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and educational conferences to enhance expertise.
- Participate in research and curriculum enhancement initiatives to improve STEAM education.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
