**Job Title**:
**Robotics & STEM Lab Instructor**

**Location**: NH-24, Ghaziabad
**Working Time**: Monday to Saturday, 7:40 AM to 2:40 PM (Sunday off)

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years in STEM lab instruction, robotics education, or related teaching role.

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic Robotics & STEM Lab Instructor to lead hands-on learning for our middle and senior school students. You will manage the STEM/Robotics Lab, design and deliver projects, workshops and curriculum that inspire student interest in technology, engineering and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, set up and conduct robotics and STEM lab sessions (coding, electronics, automation, robotics kits)
- Create engaging, age-appropriate project-based learning experiences for students in Grades 6-12
- Guide students in team-based challenges, competitions, science fairs and innovation projects
- Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory of robotics kits, ensure safety standards
- Collaborate with teachers across disciplines to integrate STEM/Robotics into broader curriculum
- Track student progress, assess lab work, provide feedback, mentor students who show advanced interest
- Promote the STEM/Robotics programme within the school, help increase student participation

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **2 -5 years of experience in EdTech/schools with STEAM projects.**:

- **B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Robotics, or Mechatronics.**:

- Knowledge of robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms), coding (e.g., Python, Scratch) preferred
- **Strong proficiency in Python, C++, Java, SQL, Arduino IDE, and AI.**:

- **Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.**:

- **Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire innovation in young learners.**:

- Excellent communication, ability to engage students and inspire curiosity
- Strong organisational and lab-management skills
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday early morning; team-oriented with flexibility
