Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Development**: Create content such as worksheets, lesson plans, assessments, and manuals to support the learning objectives of the lab.
- **Lab Management**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the lab, including maintaining equipment, and ensuring the lab is safe and well-organized.
- **Project Facilitation**: Guide students through projects, fostering creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- **Event Organization**: Plan, organize, and conduct workshops, competitions, and exhibitions related to STEM and robotics.
- **Staff Training**: Train subordinate teachers or assistants on lab procedures and curriculum as needed.
- **Technical Support**: Provide support and training on the hardware and software used in the lab, which may include robotics kits, programming platforms, and 3D printing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Electronics or Computer Science is often required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in teaching or training methodologies.
- Technical skills in areas like coding (e.g., Python), robotics, and electronics.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attributes**:

- Passion for STEM education and a growth mindset to encourage students.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
