**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable **STEAM & Robotics Trainer** to design and deliver engaging educational experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) with a focus on robotics. The trainer will work with students of various ages, providing hands-on learning opportunities that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking.

**Key Responsibilities:Training & Teaching**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging STEAM and robotics training sessions for students.
- Develop lesson plans, activities, and projects aligned with STEAM and robotics principles.
- Teach coding, robotics, and engineering concepts using platforms such as LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, VEX Robotics, and other educational kits.
- Guide students in designing, building, and programming robots for competitions and projects.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and age groups.

**Curriculum Development & Innovation**:

- Develop, modify, and enhance STEAM and robotics curricula based on new trends and educational requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, coding, and STEAM education.

**Mentoring & Student Engagement**:

- Inspire and mentor students, fostering a love for STEAM fields.
- Organize and lead student participation in robotics competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions.
- Encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and innovative thinking among students.

**Technical & Administrative Tasks**:

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics kits, electronic components, and software.
- Maintain records of student progress, participation, and achievements.
- Assist in promoting STEAM programs and workshops through social media and events.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
