**Job Objective - To oversee the sales activities of the assigned state or Territory to ensure set targets are achieved and business grows remarkably.**

**Job Description -**
- **Conducting Training/Technical Meeting**s and helping distributors through the appropriate trainings (**Product, Marketing Plan & Tools Usage Trainings)**:

- **Planning and Goal Setting **for crown and above with Vision and mission of the company
- Cultivating strong relationships with **new distributors **through meetings, while maintaining **existing distributor** relationships.
- Assist with **drafting business plans,** sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required for prospective clients.
- **Coordination with staff **across all departments to float/resolve queries of distributors/leaders
- **Coordination with IT team** for Upload/updation of the training schedule on website
- **Audit **related to (Franchisees visit / month, Leader’s Training quality Audits)
- Making **Stock Statement and sales forecast Report**/ Proposed inventory of products
- **Collecting market feedbacks analyze** sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- Assisting with the **preparation of presentations** and pitches Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

- **Problem solving s**kills with ability to handle large crowds
- Ability to **handle pressure situations** and enthusiasm to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal **communication skills**:

- Should be **well versed with MS Office **suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel) and related business and communication tools
- Fluency in - **Hindi, Regional Language & English** is a Must
- Should be willing to **travel 10-15 days **in a month

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
