Bpo Trainer

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Your primary responsibility is to train others on effectively sharing their ideas, products, or services. You will be responsible for teaching employees how to present their thoughts and information in an engaging and convincing manner to team leads, clients, and other stakeholders.
- You will work with individuals and groups to collectively enhance their communication skills, especially when it comes to pitching the company's products and services. This may include both pitching and making public sales presentations.
- You will be required to conduct exercises and activities that aid employees in developing their speaking and communication skills. Each pitch will be customized or tailored according to the role and responsibilities of the individual. All necessary resources, such as template guidelines and tools, will be provided by the trainer.

**SKILLS NEEDED: -**
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
