Training Manager Job Description

Transforming Retail Knowledge with Expert Training Programs.

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to spearhead end-to-end training for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive curricula and SOPs, create engaging content, and implement effective coaching and roadshows.

  • Design and deliver product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails training programs.
  • Create multi-format content such as decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and monthly masterclasses.
  • Collaborate with NPD/R&D to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos, ensuring compliant claims.
  • Establish Learning Management Systems, track training progress, and report impact using dashboards.
  • Store audit records, side-by-sides, and fix basic skills such as grooming, demo ritual, and replenishment cues.
  • Hire, manage, and onboard regional trainers, channel trainers, and external academies/vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pan-India TTT programs.
  • Develop strong knowledge of makeup and skincare.
  • Explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Be bilingual in Hindi and English.
  • Have confident facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Be data-driven and proficient in Sheets/Excel.
  • Understand LMS systems.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training.
  • Experience leading large-scale training initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of makeup and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
