Hiring for a **leading FMCG/Retail/Cosmetic Industry based company**

**Job Title : Area Sales Trainer (Beauty & Makeup)**
**Job Location**:Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
- Work From Office**
CTC- **up to 45-50 k**

**Job Objective**:

- **To provide professional advice & guidance on how to be well groomed and look presentable with the values of company.**
- **Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement**
- Training on Mistral of Milan (Female Cosmetic) personal grooming & on selling skills
- **Live Makeovers and Facials during workshop & trainings**
- **Meeting with Leaders / teams (2-3) per day/Weekly.**
- Coordination with concerned ZSM/RSM & ASM for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly
- Preparing the training balance/budget sheets of every training
- to figure out the training ROI
- **Maintain cordial relationship with distributors and leaders**
- Sharing and executing innovative sales & training ideas with set targets

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- **Good knowledge of skin care and makeup is must and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends**
- **Course on Make-up (preferable)**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- **Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)**

**- Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
