We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **Captain** to lead and coordinate the dining service in our restaurant. The Captain will be responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent guest service, supervising table settings and cleanliness, and maintaining high service standards throughout the shift.

**Key Responsibilities / Job Roles**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet guests warmly, ensure they are comfortably seated, take orders, and ensure their overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage the service team (waiters, runners), assign duties, and ensure efficient service flow.
- **Order Coordination**: Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- **Service Standards**: Ensure staff follow proper service procedures, including table setup, serving etiquette, and hygiene protocols.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally; escalate issues to the manager when needed.
- **Upselling**: Suggest menu items and promotions to increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
- **Billing & Payments**: Ensure accurate billing and assist with closing tables and processing payments when required.
- **Training & Guidance**: Help train new staff and guide team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Keep the restaurant manager informed about daily operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication in English (and additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food & beverage service procedures
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
