**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a persuasive and enthusiastic **Telecalling Executive** to join our sales and marketing team. You will be the voice of Sankalp Landmark, connecting with potential customers and introducing them to investment-worthy villa and plot projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
- Explain project details clearly and confidently (e.g., location, features, benefits, pricing).
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with call logs and lead status.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly to convert inquiries into visits/sales.
- Handle basic queries related to investment, ROI, and project USP.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service in every call.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support (real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication in **Hindi, Marathi, and English**.
- Confidence and clarity in phone conversations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
- A pleasant and professional phone voice.

**Nice to Have**:

- Understanding of real estate, investment trends, or luxury segment clients.
- Prior experience in selling villas, plots, or high-end products.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time / Part-time (depending on availability)
- 6 days a week (including weekends preferred)
