**Job Title**: Coach Coordinator

**Location**: Preferably Kolkata

**Department**: Operating Office

**Reports To**: Founder

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coach Recruitment**:

- Identify and source qualified coaches through various channels including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and agreements with coaches, balancing organizational goals with fair compensation and working conditions.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are documented and adhered to by both parties.
- **Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of coaches.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to coaches to promote professional growth and improvement.
- Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
- **Payment Management**:

- Coordinate with the finance department to manage timely and accurate payment processing for coaches.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and coaches.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure information flows smoothly between coaches and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and projects involving coaches.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of coach contracts, performance evaluations, and payment schedules.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on coach activities and performance outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR and payroll software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
