**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. ** Accounting**
- Day to Day office accounting
- Keeping records of daily expenses

2. **Field Operations**
- Assist in coordinating and executing life-coaching sessions and workshops at various locations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the community.
- Conduct site visits and assess locations for coaching sessions and events.

3. **Logistics Management**:

- Manage logistics for workshops, seminars, and other on-ground activities, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure the smooth operation of field activities, from preparation to execution.

4. **Client Interaction**
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during office visit and field events.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future coaching programs.

5. **Data Management**
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, client interactions, and program outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on field operations and client engagement metrics.

6. **Collaboration and Support**
- Work closely with the coaching team to align field operations with overall business goals.
- Assist in promoting and marketing coaching programs in the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skill in English and local language
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, operations, project management, or a customer-facing role; experience in the coaching or personal development sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork as needed.
