**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain files and records in the executive office.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide summaries on relevant industry trends and competitive insights.
- Support strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Organize and coordinate events, including board meetings and corporate retreats.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Keep track of deadlines and deliverables for key projects.
- Monitor and follow up on action items resulting from meetings.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for the executive office.
- Ensure a high level of service in all executive engagements.
- Contribute to a positive office culture and team environment.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably for a C-suite executive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships.
- Willingness to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
