**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop visually appealing and professional designs for various media (print, digital, social media, etc.) based on client briefs and project requirements.
- **Client Coordination**:Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet expectations. Ensure clear communication throughout the design process.
- **Market-Updated Tools**:Utilize the latest design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, or other relevant platforms to create high-quality designs.
- **Print-Ready Designs**:Ensure all designs are created in formats suitable for printing, paying attention to specifications like resolution, bleed, CMYK color format, and print dimensions.
- **Coordination with Printers**:Work closely with printing vendors to oversee the printing process. Ensure that designs are printed to the required specifications and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- **Design Revisions**:Make adjustments and revisions to designs based on client feedback, ensuring that the final product aligns with the client's vision and brand identity.
- **Basic Design Tasks**:Handle routine design tasks such as logo creation, layout design, typography adjustments, color correction, and image editing.
- **Stay Updated on Design Trends**:Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that designs are modern, innovative, and competitive in the marketplace.
- **File Management**:Maintain organized records of all design files, both for internal use and for client reference. Ensure that all files are properly labeled and saved in appropriate formats for future access.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all designs adhere to the client’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, typography, and overall visual style.
- **Collaboration with Team**:Work with the internal team and other departments, such as marketing, to ensure that designs align with overall project goals and objectives.
- **Time Management**:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and delivering high-quality work within specified time-frames.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
