**About Us**
7D DESIGN is a dynamic creative and digital agency delivering impactful design and marketing solutions. We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong team leadership qualities to drive our visual projects and mentor junior designers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute creative projects for social media, branding, and UI/UX design.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and creative direction.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to deliver outstanding creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure fresh and effective output.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with leadership or team management exposure.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize unique design solutions.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in social media, branding, and UI/UX design (portfolio required).

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX projects.
- Prior experience in a creative agency environment.
