Inovexic (IBCIS) is seeking a Graphic Designer to work closely with our marketing team to continuously manage our online presence and create effective tools for interaction between the company and our customers

Our design team plays an integral role in the success of our conferences. You will work directly with the marketing and production team in order to create marketable designs, assets, logos, graphics, and media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and layout of electronic and print materials for all programs and events (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.)
- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
- Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with the marketing team to designing images, icons, banners etc. from the content provided
- Upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines
- Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving the design and interactive features
- Design graphics including banner ads and other creatives as needed.
- Interface directly with the marketing team and content manager to maintain consistent brand representation.
- Create prototypes for design concepts, mock-ups, and approved designs.
- Continually validate designs for usability.
- Translate complex information into simple design / logical interfaces and flows / navigation.
- Utilize new tools and technologies to improve interface experience
- Consistently meet or exceed deadlines on projects.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and event production teams to produce promotional artwork for our events
- Contribute to ideas for marketing assets and brand identity
- Ensure that all materials produced to promote Inovexic (IBCIS) events are on-brand, eye-catching and delivered in a timely manner
- Produce work that follows brand guidelines and is recognizable across all channels as being part of the same brand
- Create dynamic, creative digital ads for web and social to drive traffic to event websites

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in either an in-house or agency side in a dedicated design role
- Fully capable of using the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and After Effects
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with print layout for publication
- Ability to create animated digital designs for web and social
- Ability to create large-scale designs that will create impact onsite at live events
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- Ability to interpret a design brief and respond with creative solutions
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to offer creative ideas at a concept level and see them through to development.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of the wider events team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
