At Magneq, we're a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on online grocery delivery. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity through high-performing social media ads and campaign creatives.
About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message across multiple platforms — digital and print. You'll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact creatives.
Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally for D2C or eCommerce brands.
- Design packaging labels, bags, marketing collaterals , paid social media ad creatives (static & video-based a big plus), blog featured posts and website banners.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva; motion design (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.
- Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, ad performance metrics, or Meta ad specs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Edit and retouch product images as needed.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Attention to detail and creativity are a must.
- (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or UI assets is a plus.
