**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.
Design marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, and other visual assets.

**Brand Consistency**:Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials.

**Concept Development**:Work closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop design solutions that align with project objectives.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with writers, marketers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

**Multimedia Design**:Design engaging multimedia content, including presentations, videos, and animations.

**Image Editing**:Edit and enhance photographs to meet design requirements.

**Deadline Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and a passion for staying current with design tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
