Kroll is the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor with expertise in complex valuation, disputes and investigations, M&A, restructuring, and compliance and regulatory consulting. We are looking to hire a Coordinator to be a part of the Global Procurement team who will be involved in procurement, purchase order and purchasing card management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing
- Assist the Procurement Lead with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external teams
- Manage the procurement inbox
- Run monthly reports
- Facilitate order replacements and returns
- PO Management
- Coordinate purchase order creation and maintenance with internal teams
- Shipping
- Review and audit invoices and coordinate payment with Accounts Payable
- Amex P-Card Reallocation
- Ensure all cardholders code monthly expenses and submit transactions for approval
- Audit monthly receipt reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-2 years of experience
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
- Team player with experience working with virtual and remote staff members
- Excellent organization skills
