**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - US Inbound Banking Process

**Salary**:

- Fresh Graduates: Up to ₹40,000/month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Age Limit**: Up to 35 years

**Shift Timings**: Rotational Shifts

**Working Days**: 5 days a week (2 rotational week offs)

**Transportation**: No cab facility available

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by providing excellent support.
- **Issue Resolution**: Take ownership of customer issues and escalate unresolved matters to the relevant teams.
- **Feedback Collection**: Document customer feedback and contribute to knowledge base articles for solutions.
- **Team Communication**: Participate in team meetings to discover and implement new communication strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
- **Performance Standards**: Meet or exceed established performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduated Freshers: Eligible
- Undergraduates with 6+ months of documented experience: Eligible
- **Undergraduate Freshers: Not Eligible**:

- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
