**Role Description**:
We are looking for a results-driven software tester (Fresher and 1+ years of experience) to be responsible for designing, running tests on software usability and should be able to visit the client base(delivery and support). The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

- Developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules,
- Basic Knowledge of manual testing ,
- Coordination and good communication skill,
- Field Based work and office work,
- Ensuring project deadlines are met,
- Providing administrative support as needed,
- Undertaking project tasks as required,
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project,
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

Requirements:
Any bachelor's degree

Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

Understanding of open source project like CRM, ERP, HRMS, Industry 4.0 etc..

Analyzing test result on database impacts, errors or bugs and usability

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience and knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management..

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,442.87 per month
