**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work in a consultative manner with customers, sales, customer services and systems engineering to scope and deliver the best possible solutions.
- Run requirements and scoping workshops with the customer, delivery partners and sales.
- Setting timelines for deliverables and taking responsibility for project milestone delivery.
- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
- Cross checking all proposals and keeping track of the final requirement document
- Making sure of inventory supply prior to execution
- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team of Technology and Operations to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint.
- Resolve on-site issues with diligence.
- Manage Client relations.
- Have a solution-based approach for every client
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with departments of other agencies whenever necessary.
- Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture
- Optimizing processes and team productivity

**Our Perfect Match**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar project delivery role in the manufacturing industry solution provider segment.
- Previous skills and experience managing specialist subcontractors, contractors, and consultants to deliver successful projects.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, high-level presentation and demonstration skills, enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, strong customer and solution-oriented personality.
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and industrial automation devices is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
