**Description**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced On-Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Medical Devices industry. As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative medical devices to healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of medical devices, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to promote our medical devices and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify new potential clients and establish business partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide valuable market feedback and contribute to the development of new products.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in medical devices sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to travel frequently and meet with clients on site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹9,318.30 - ₹15,685.37 per month
