**Job Title**: Banking Executive (Field)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit banks daily to deposit cheques, collect payment instruments, or follow up on transaction processing.
- Submit and collect documents related to payment approvals, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and account & imports management.
- Liaise with bank officials to resolve payment or transaction issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all banking transactions and update the accounts department accordingly.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (e.g., TDS, GST) where applicable.
- Work closely with the IMPORTS department to get the paper work completed from banks at the earliest (this includes Letter of credit)
- Assist the accounts team with other finance-related administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar field-based or accounts-related role (1-3 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financial documentation.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Trustworthy and responsible with handling confidential and financial documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
