DESIGNATION: Manager Marketing

**EDUCATION**:Diploma or Degree in Marketing and/or Mass Communications.

**EXPERIENCE**:3 to 5 years of experience in generating leads for premium Services Company or consulting company by participating in public relations, marketing & event management functions.

**WORK-LOCATION**:
Koregaon Park, Pune.

**COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**:
This position is aimed at brand management & lead generation for our company into relocation, real-estate and immigration services. Our clients are large corporations, immigration law firms, expatriates & HNI’s and may be located in Pune, Mumbai & other metro/large cities in India. This position will involve introducing our services by various offline mediums like telephone, in-person meetings, conferences, events, and other channels and may involve the following tasks:

- Design brand strategies, communications & marketing collaterals.
- Co-ordinate with agency, printers and other production vendors.
- Make personal visits & make presentations to chambers, associations, embassies, international tax advisors, hotels, service apartments, HR groups, and other business influencers.
- Public relations and networking at various industry events & meets.
- Promote and generate leads by advertising, sponsorships, tele-calling & campaigns.
- Network with the expat community in Pune, Mumbai & rest of India.
- Plan and participate at expat, HR and other industry events.
- Occasionally make sales presentations and close deals with retail customers.
- Give recommendations for Digital Marketing / SMM programs.
- Willingness to travel within India occasionally.
- Data mining on LinkedIn and other platforms for leads
- Personal visits (if in Pune) to primarily qualify incoming leads received on social media.

**PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS**:

- Good communication, presentation skills and Interpersonal skills
- Smart, charming, extrovert, mature & a good team player
- Proven track record in lead generation for service / consulting industry
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Thorough knowledge of Pune & Mumbai City and its business / industry clusters
- Knowledge of foreign languages & culture will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
