**About our group**:

** About the role - you will**:

- Support the PR team in building Seagate’s brand visibility in India and IMETA (India, Middle East Turkey Africa) region. Your focus will be on India
- Assist with media relations, help prepare communication materials, and learn how technology stories are shared with the public
- Assist in preparing press releases, pitches, and media kits
- Help monitor media coverage and compile reports for the PR team
- Support the organization of media events, press conferences, and other PR activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent
- Conduct research on industry trends and media outlets in India
- Help maintain databases of media contacts and coverage
- Shadow and support executive spokespersons during media interactions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for positive media coverage

** About you**:

- Strong interest in media relations and technology
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

** Your experience includes**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Multilingual abilities (English and Middle Eastern languages/dialects) are a plus
