Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the organization. They will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage media relations, and ensure the company’s messages are effectively conveyed to the public and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Media Relations

oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.

oRespond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press releases, and media kits.

oMonitor media coverage and provide analysis.

2.Public Relations Strategy

oPlan, implement, and manage PR campaigns to promote the organization's brand, products, or services.

oDraft and distribute press releases, speeches, and promotional materials.

oOrganize press conferences, events, and other PR activities.

3.Crisis Management

oDevelop strategies for addressing negative publicity or crises.

oAct as a spokesperson during challenging situations, ensuring accurate and effective communication.

4.Internal Communications

oCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

oSupport employee communication initiatives to boost engagement

5.Social Media & Digital PR

oOversee the organization’s online presence, including social media platforms.

oCreate and curate content to enhance public engagement and awareness.

oMonitor online conversations and address reputational risks.

6.Stakeholder Engagement

oBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, community leaders, and business partners.

oRepresent the company at events, meetings, and conferences.

7.Reporting & Analysis

oTrack and measure the success of PR campaigns and provide regular reports to management.

oAnalyze market trends and public perception to refine PR strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- experience: 3+ of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
- Skills Required:
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

oStrong interpersonal and networking abilities.

oProficiency in social media management and digital marketing.

oCrisis management and problem-solving skills.

oAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,763.16 - ₹50,572.19 per month
