Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the face of the school during external visits, promotional events, and public engagements.
- Promote the school in nearby areas through field visits, parent meetings, and community outreach.
- Visit housing societies, offices, and educational fairs to increase awareness and drive admissions.
- Coordinate with local authorities and organizations for permissions and collaborations.
- Organize and manage school events, open houses, and student/parent engagement programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community leaders, vendors, and media.
- Collect and share feedback from the field to support marketing and admissions strategy.
- Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, banners) in the community and public places.
- Support media coverage during school events and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and press.
- Handle inquiries during field visits and refer potential admissions to the school office.
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns offline.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any relevant field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, presentable, and confident while interacting with parents and the public.

Strong time management and organization skills.

Willing to travel extensively within the local area or assigned regions.

Ability to work independently and represent the school with professionalism.

Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, and PR principles.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with local language(s) is a plus.

**Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for local travel.**

Comfortable working both on-field and sometimes Parent Counselling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
