**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and journalists. Pitch stories and secure media coverage to enhance the company’s public image.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Develop engaging content for press releases, speeches, social media, and other public-facing platforms.
- Plan, organize, and execute public relations events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Assist in managing and responding to any PR crises or issues, ensuring a positive company image is maintained.
- Track and analyze media coverage and public sentiment. Prepare reports on PR activities and outcomes.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to craft compelling press materials and manage public events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
