**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos, including podcasts, vlogs, tutorials, and promotional content.
- Add music, sound effects, animations, transitions, and graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
- Optimize video pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal according to YouTube best practices.
- Work closely with the creative team to align edits with brand style and vision.
- Implement feedback quickly and ensure timely delivery of final videos.
- Maintain proper organization and archiving of video assets.
- Stay updated with the latest editing tools, trends, and YouTube algorithms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably for YouTube channels.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software**.
- Strong understanding of YouTube formatting, aspect ratios, and content trends.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
- Minimum **1-2 years of relevant editing experience** (YouTube channel experience preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience editing for different niches like lifestyle, business, podcasts, or entertainment.
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly video titling and thumbnail concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
