As a key player in our Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) functions, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address inquiries.
Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and accurate resolution of issues.

**Process Optimization**:Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Contribute to data-driven strategies for process enhancement.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality standards in KPO/BPO operations.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant KPO/BPO tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
