**Profile Introduction:

As a BPO/KPO Associate in our international operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) setting.

**Responsibility:

- **Client Interaction**:Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- **Process Execution**:Execute BPO/KPO processes in adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- **Data Management**:Handle data entry, data processing, and data analysis tasks as required by the client.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct quality checks on processed data to maintain high accuracy levels.
- **Task Coordination**:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of processes, tasks, and client interactions.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to international data protection and privacy regulations.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes in compliance requirements.
