**JOB TITLE: PR Associate**
**LOCATION: Mumbai**
**EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year**
**WORK TIMINGS: 9am to 6pm**
**WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)**
**WEEKLY OFF: Sunday, 2nd & 3rd Saturdays**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive communication plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
- Strategize media relations for placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
- Coordinate all PR activities and manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
- Cultivate media relationships and seek new contacts within industry.
- Create content for press releases, articles, and presentations.
- Monitor and communicate PR results quarterly.
- Evaluate partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to increase industry awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend communication strategies.
- Communicate internally and capitalize on feedback from online and offline channels.
- Devise separate strategies for online and offline activities and track their impact.
- Develop PR campaigns and manage content teams for relevant pitches.
- Edit and ghostwrite content as needed.
- Organize press meets and conferences.
- Manage all social media platforms to gain traction and followers.

**Education requirements**
- **Any Graduate: Any Specialization**:

- **PG: Master's Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication**:

- **Skills**:

- **Media skills, interpersonal skills, social media communication, creativity, client management, public relations, experience in campaigns and event management, strategic thinking, CRM**:

- **Proven experience working in PR**:

- **Experiences in running campaigns**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
