**Site Supervisor Job Description**

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced full time site supervisor to oversee all our construction projects. You will be monitoring on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress status to the Project Manager. Besides, you will be keeping a watchful eye on the Contractors as well as Construction Workers.

**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Attending any on-site meetings.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Have Experience of supervision of min. 50 employees under him.
- To Assist in Purchase activities, follow up for material procurement and maintain purchase documents
- Maintaining the purchase-related documents and filling
- Vendor payments regular follow-up

**Site Supervisor Requirements**:

- Completion of a post-secondary education Civil training program.
- Diploma or ITI or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor in Industry.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- **Experience - Min. 3 yrs.**_

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
