Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities at our New Raipur project. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site labor, coordinating with contractors, ensuring work quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor construction site activities on a daily basis.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage labor workforce and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates.
  • Resolve on-site issues to avoid delays in project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to manage workforce and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time at New Raipur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
