Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site measurements, ensure layout accuracy
- Supervise modular installation at residential/commercial sites
- Coordinate with factory production team for dispatch and fitting schedule
- Handle on-site teams: carpenters, electricians, and other technicians
- Perform quality checks, snag removal, and project handover
- Ensure project completion within timelines and budget
- Liaise with clients for daily updates and approvals
- Report daily progress via WhatsApp/site tracker

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture
- 2+ years of relevant field experience in modular/interior projects
- Knowledge of Hettich, Hafele, Blum or similar hardware
- Familiarity with materials like MDF, HDHMR, Plywood, Acrylics
- Ability to read CAD drawings and interpret design intent
- Proficient in site execution coordination

- Knowledge of BOQ & installation checklists
- Ability to multitask and adapt on-site
