Job Title: Solar Site Supervisor

Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10-hour shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a Solar Site Supervisor to oversee and manage solar installation and maintenance activities at our Urla site. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling solar projects and supervising on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations at the solar project site.
  • Ensure installation and maintenance work is carried out as per design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and report to management.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in solar plant/site supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of solar installation processes and safety standards.
