Ensure accurate and timely processing of given payroll activities for approx 10,000 employees.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of PF and ESIC regulations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, timely deposit of contributions (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc), and filing of necessary returns.
- Maintain accurate records related to PF and ESIC contributions, employee details, and payroll processing documents. Ensure all records are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the full and final settlement process for outgoing employees including coordination with vendor for calculation of final dues, coordinating with various departments for clearance, and ensuring timely settlement in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll-related accounts. (Salary JV, Cost MIS etc)
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance matters. Prepare necessary documentation and reports as required for audit purposes.
- Validating Draft and final paysheets
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll, PF, and ESIC. Ensure company policies and procedures are in alignment with regulatory changes.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and full and final settlements in a timely and professional manner. Provide assistance and guidance to employees as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the payroll and compliance functions. Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
