**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing **salary sheets**, **pay slips**, and **wage registers**:

- Help upload **PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF challans** on government portals
- Support in maintaining **PF ECR**, **ESIC ECR**, and other statutory records
- Assist in documentation as per **Contract Labour Act**, **Payment of Wages Act**, etc.
- Learn to handle **compliance audits**, **inspections**, and **client queries**:

- Maintain and update **labour law registers** and files

Eligibility:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (B.Com / BMS preferred)
- **Experience**:Freshers welcome** (Training will be provided)
- **Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel**:

- Willingness to learn **PF, ESIC, PT**, and **Labour Law compliance**:

- Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
- Ability to work full-time from the office
