Job Opening: Labour Compliance Auditor / Field Executive - Statutory Compliance

Job Summary:
We are hiring a **Labour Compliance Auditor / Field Executive** to conduct **labour law audits** at client sites and handle **PF/ESIC office follow-ups**. The role involves **checking client documentation**, ensuring **statutory compliance** (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW, etc.), and visiting **government offices** for registration, inspections, and claim work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit client sites to **audit compliance documents and registers**:

- Verify if clients have **necessary licences** (e.g., **CLRA Licence**, **BOCW Registration**, etc.)
- Check if clients are **paying PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF** for all eligible employees
- Inspect **statutory registers** like Muster Roll, Wages Register, Bonus Register, Leave Register, etc.
- Follow up at **EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office**, and other government departments for:

- **Registration work**:

- **PF Claims**:

- **Submission of required forms and documents**:

- Assist internal team in preparing **client audit reports**:

- Help clients with **labour inspection readiness**

Eligibility:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate preferred
- **Experience**: Freshers
- **Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of **PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW**:

- Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Vasai, and nearby areas for audits and office follow-ups
- Two-wheeler license preferred (not compulsory)
