Job Title: HR Compliance Officer
Experience: 2 to 5years
Location: Ghatkopar
Preference: Male
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with Regulatory Bodies
- Interact and coordinate with PF, ESIC, and labour office officials to ensure compliance and
resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated with the latest amendments and notifications issued by these regulatory
bodies.
2. Documentation
- Prepare and maintain wage registers in compliance with the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents and returns related to PF and
ESIC.
- Maintain accurate records of labour details and ensure timely updates in compliance
with regulatory requirements.
3. Compliance Management
- Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure adherence to labour laws and
regulations.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and work with respective departments to develop and
implement corrective actions.
4. Reporting
- Compile reports on compliance status and present findings to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports as required by company
policy and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or services
environment.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws including PF, ESIC, and the Contract Labour
Act.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in labour law compliance or HR management.
Experience with HR software and data management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
